As Many rounds as possible in 8 Minutes

200m Run
8 Ring Dips
6 Bench Press 155#

Rest 5 Mins Then:

3 Rounds for Max Load of "The Bear Complex"

Without putting the bar down for 7 revolutions complete

1 Power clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push press
1 Back Squat 
1 Push Press

Rest as needed between rounds if bar is dropped during 7 reps round doesn't count
