Conditioning:
As Many reps and rounds as possible in 2,4,6 and 8 minutes
with 1:30 rest in between rounds of:

15 Burpees
25 Wallballs
15 Toes to Bar
25 KB Swings
15 DB Clean and Jerks  
25 Box Jumps


Strength:

Back Squat

5-5-5-3-3-3
