As many rounds as possible in 16 Minutes Of:

5 Deadlift (HAF) 
10 H.R. Push ups
20 Situps

Each partner completes 1 full round before switching - Highest number of rounds wins!


Strength:

5 Sets of the following complex Increasing weight each set

1 Strict Press + 3 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk 

Go Heavy!
