Min 2: 
7 Burpees 
7 thrusters 95/65
7 pull-ups 

Min 3:
8 wallballs 
8 KB swings 
8 sit-ups

Strength: 

5 climbing sets of: 

1 strict press + 2 push press + 3 jerks
