Conditioning:

 5 Rounds for Time of: 

3 Deadlifts 115/75
5 Hang Squat Cleans 115/75
7 Push Jerks
9/7 Cals Bike 
 

Strength:

On The 2nd Minute for 12 Minutes complete:

6 Deadlifts + 3 Power Cleans 

*Start with roughly 60% Max Power Clean and build from there each set AFA
