Conditioning:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of:

3 Power Clean
6 Pushups
9 Airsquats

Rest 1 Minute after each 3 minute cycle repeat for a total of 5 cycles


Strength:
In 16 Minutes:
Establish a 3 Rep Max Touch and go Power Clean
