Conditioning:

As many Reps as Possible in 3 Minutes of:

12 Thrusters 75/55
15 Hang Power Snatches 75/55

Rest 3 Minutes

As many Reps as Possible in 3 Minutes of:
9 Pullups
12 Thrusters 75/55
15 Hang Power Snatches 75/55

Rest 3 Minutes

As many Reps as Possible in 3 Minutes of:
9 Pullups
12 Thrusters 75/55
15 Hang Power Snatches 75/55

Strength:
 On the 2nd Minute for 14 Minutes complete:

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 3 Hang Power Snatches
