Everybody knows Chrissy’s story by now but she just had her yearly
physical and completely crushed it. Last June, before starting with us they recommended diabetes
and cholesterol medication, this June after 70lbs lost, she has normal blood sugar
and cholesterol levels. Her doctors recommendation is now: “Please keep doing
whatever you’re doing” which just happens to be, EATING REAL FOOD (plants and animals) and
exercising.... Choosing this healthy lifestyle does so much more than
what you see in the mirror, those things are just the side effects of
healthy living, the results that we don't see, happening on the inside are what really matter and keep us here much longer. Congrats Chrissy you are adding years to your life and
these numbers prove it...
