Conditioning:

Teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 18 Minutes of: 

12 SDHP 95/65
6 Burpees over the bar
12 Push Press 95/65

Complete round as fast as possible and switch partners. Score is total completed rounds. 

Strength:
On The Minute for 14 Minutes: 

Odd: 6 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Power Clean + 1 Jerk
Even: 5 Toes to bar

**Climb each set on the barbell complex
