Conditioning:

Tabata Sets of:

Deadlifts
Burpees
Hang Power cleans
Air Squats
Jerks
Diamond Pushups

Complete 8 Rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 Seconds off at each station before moving to the next, Use 1 95/65 Lb Barbell for all three barbell movements.  Scale as Needed
