As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Toes to Bar
10 Box Jumps
15 Wallballs
20 KB Swings 53/35

Strength:

Barbell Row
7-7-5-5-5

4-8 Strict Pullups or your closest progression in between each set
