As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

21 Wallballs
18 H.R. Pushups
15 Box Jumps (don't worry Kathy I have a plan)
12 KB Swings

Strength:

Clean Pulls 
3-3-3-3-3

Bench Press
5-5-5-3-3-1
