Conditioning:

Complete as many reps as possible of each movement
Work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 secs for 4 rounds

Bike (cals)
Pushups
Box Jumps
Pullups

Do not rotate to next movement until all 4 rounds are complete
Score is total reps
