Strength:

On the minute for 15 minutes complete the following complex:

1 Power Clean + 2 Front squats + 3 Push Jerks


Increase weight each minute to establish a heavy unbroken complex without compromising form


Conditioning:
For Time:

20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Hang Power cleans
20 Push Press
20 Front Squats

*** Stop and do 4 burpees every minute on the minute
