Conditioning:

6 rounds (as many reps as possible) of 3 minutes alternating back and forth between the following triplets with 1 min rest between rounds:

3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Burpee over Bar
9 Supermans

3 Pullups
6 Med Ball Cleans
9 Situps

Strength:

On the 2nd minute for 16 minutes perform

5 Deadlift+ 3 Hang power cleans + 1 Jerk

*Increasing weight each set
