30 Reps Bear Complex
45 Burpees

Weight should be a power clean that you can approach without hesitation but not so easy that you get nothing out of it.  Challenge yourself safely..

1 Bear complex = 1 Power clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Jerk, 1 Back Squat, 1 Jerk
