3 Minutes as many reps as possible of:

Push-ups 

3 Minutes as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 Deadlifts 95/65
3 Hang Cleans 95/65
1 Thruster 95/65

3 Minutes as many reps as possible of:

Lateral Burpees

 Rest 2 Minutes between Amraps

Strength: 
Establish a 20 Rep Max Back Squat
